Mr. Stewart is licensed to practice before the United States District Court of both the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a real estate broker and a member of the Indianapolis Metropolitan Board of Realtors. Mr. Stewart has spoken on numerous trial tactics to various attorneys/organizations. Mr. Stewart has been recognized as an Indiana Super Lawyer since 2006.

Mr. Stewart has tried over 70 jury trials and has devoted his career to representing individuals and families in serious injury litigation. His practice allows him to concentrate on complicated brain injuries, paralysis, and significant construction site and death cases. Additionally, he has represented numerous victims of tractor-trailer collisions and survivors of family members killed in motor vehicle collisions.

With his nurses and paralegals, Mr. Stewart has successfully resolved million-dollar medical malpractice cases, drug injury and defective product cases. He is currently aggressively representing clients involving Vioxx, Rezulin, Baycol, Ortho-Evra, Fosomax, Celebrex, Zyprexa, Guidant, and Medtronic pacemakers. He believes insurance companies and corporations that put profits over consumer or public safety must be held accountable. Mr. Stewart and his staff fight every day protecting the rights of hard working American families.

Mr. Stewart is the firm’s lead medical malpractice attorney and is devoted to representing clients in all forms of medical error cases with the assistance of staff nurses and the support personnel at Stewart & Stewart.
