Jeremy S. Baber joined the firm as an associate in November 2001. He concentrates his practice in the area of personal injury handling cases involving automobile wrecks, truck accidents, defective products, dog bites, slip and fall accidents, and other cases involving individuals who are seriously injured. He is admitted to practice before the Indiana Supreme Court and United States District Court for both the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. In addition to being named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers, Jeremy is a member of Indiana State and Hamilton County Bar Associations as well as the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice.
Jeremy grew up in Speedway, Indiana, graduating from Speedway High School in 1992. He graduated from Purdue University in 1997 with a B.A. in criminal justice and sociology and a minor in communications. While at Purdue, he clerked at a law firm and volunteered at the Legal Aid Corporation of Tippecanoe County.
Jeremy graduated from Thomas M. Cooley School of Law with a J.D. in May of 2001. While in law school Jeremy worked as a law clerk in Lansing, Michigan.
Jeremy lives in Fishers with his wife and two daughters. He is currently the Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Indianapolis Interfaith Hospitality Network, a non-profit organization which provides emergency shelter to homeless families through a network of local congregations.
