Katie Worsham is licensed to practice in Indiana and Illinois, before the U.S. District Court of Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana and Illinois, and the United States Supreme Court.  She joined Stewart & Stewart Attorneys upon being admitted to practice law in the state of Indiana. Katie focuses her practice on workers' compensation, Social Security Disability, and personal injury. She fights aggressively to vindicate the rights of injured workers before the Indiana Workers' Compensation Board to ensure they receive the medical treatment they deserve and are compensated accordingly while recovering from work-related injuries. She also vigorously represents disabled individuals before the Social Security Administration to obtain benefits for those entitled to Social Security Disability. When it comes to personal injury, Katie knows how you feel. She was severely injured by an underinsured motorist while cycling. She has personally experienced your physical pain, suffering, and frustration in dealing with insurance companies. She is here to protect you on your journey to recovery.

Ms. Worsham graduated from Indiana University’s School of Law and Kelley School of Business. She interned for KPMG and Toyota Motor Manufacturing, North America while studying iInternational business and legal studies. She gained trial experience through the Marion and Hamilton County Prosecutors’ offices, and the IU Trial Team—where she competed in the National Trial Team Competition.
