Kirk R. Jocham joined Stewart & Stewartin 2011 with 10 years of experience representing victims of medical malpractice, auto accidents, premise liability, life and health insurance coverage disputes, and bad faith litigation cases. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern Indiana and his Juris Doctorate from Indiana University School of Law. Kirk has been a registered civil mediator since 2001 and was selected for inclusion in the 2011 Indiana Super Lawyers® Rising Stars.

He focuses his practice on representing victims and families affected by personal injury or wrongful death due to another's negligence. He is admitted to practice law in Indiana and the U.S. District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.

In his spare time, Kirk enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and Thurman—the family's rescue beagle. He enjoys playing sports and is a member of the Evangel Christian Church.
