Safe and Sober Program

Our 2018-2019 Safe and Sober Program was a huge success. We would like to thank everyone that participated in the initiative to help us promote safety in our community. At this time, we are no longer accepting reimbursement applications, but we hope for your participation in the future.

Stewart & Stewart Attorneys is committed to the safety of our community. This New Year’s Eve, the firm will be promoting once again its Safe and Sober Program, which provides safe rides home.

The Safe and Sober Program will be launched on December 31st, 2018 at 10 p.m. and continue until 3 a.m. on January 1st, 2019. Stewart & Stewart encourages individuals to choose a ridesharing program such as Uber, Lyft or a licensed taxi company as their ride home rather than drinking and driving. Participants can send their ride receipts, including the time and date, to kevinm@getstewart.com or by mail to: Stewart & Stewart Attorneys, 931 S. Rangeline Road, Carmel, Indiana 46032.

Once the receipt is received and accepted, Stewart & Stewart Attorneys will cover the first $20 of the ride home. Rebates will be provided for those who use the ridesharing service to go home—not to another drinking location.

We hope that everyone enjoys the holiday celebrations and rings in the New Year in the best way possible, all while getting home safe and sound.
