The brother of New York Giants defensive end Mathias Kiwanuka was involved in an Indianapolis motorcycle accident, according to ESPN.com.

Mathias and his brother were riding motorcycles in Indianapolis when the brother hit a car pulling out of an apartment complex. The brother was not wearing a helmet, though one was attached to his motorcycle.
