Safe and Sober Program
Stewart & Stewart Attorneys is committed to the safety of our community. This St. Patrick’s Day, the firm will be promoting once again its Safe and Sober Program, which provides free and safe rides home.
The Safe and Sober Program will be launched on March 19th, 2021 at 8 p.m. and continue until 2 a.m. on March 21st, 2021. Stewart & Stewart encourages individuals to choose a ridesharing program such as Uber, Lyft or a licensed taxi company as their ride home rather than drinking and driving. Participants can register by simply filling out the form on this page and sending their ride receipts, including the time and date, to firstname.lastname@example.org or by mail to: Stewart & Stewart Attorneys, 931 S. Rangeline Road, Carmel, Indiana 46032.
Once the receipt is received and accepted, Stewart & Stewart Attorneys will cover the first $20 of the ride home. Reimbursements will be provided for those who use the ridesharing service to go home—not to another drinking location. The deadline to submit reimbursement requests is April 2nd, 2021.
