Safe and Sober Program
Stewart & Stewart Attorneys wants everyone to always be safe out on the road. That is why we proudly offer and promote our Safe and Sober Program. The goal of the program is to maintain safety in our community by providing rides to ensure that everyone gets home safe.
Stewart & Stewart encourages individuals to choose a ridesharing program such as Uber, Lyft or a licensed taxi company as their ride home rather than drinking and driving. Participants can register by simply filling out the form on this page and sending their ride receipts, including the time and date, to kevinm@getstewart.com or by mail to: Stewart & Stewart Attorneys, 931 S. Rangeline Road, Carmel, Indiana 46032.
Once the receipt is received and accepted, Stewart & Stewart Attorneys will cover the first $20 of the ride home. Reimbursements will be provided for those who use the ridesharing service to go home—not to another drinking location.
