South Bend auto accident sends man to hospital

A South Bend auto accident has sent one man to the hospital with serious injuries after his truck rolled over.

The South Bend auto accident occurred when the 56-year-old man’s Chevy S10 truck fishtailed then rolled three times before landing on its roof. The man was trapped inside his vehicle for nearly 20 minutes before rescue crews were able to remove him, according to WSBT.

The man suffered non-life-threatening head injuries in the South Bend auto accident and was transported to the local hospital for treatment.

According to police, the driver was traveling around 35 miles an hour at the time of the South Bend auto accident.
