Overview
David E. Jacuk (“Dave”) has worked in insurance defense, creditors’ rights, and plaintiff’s bodily injury cases in the Indianapolis area for many years. He received his J.D. from the I.U. McKinney School of Law in 2017 and has first chair experience in nearly every litigation situation. Dave obtained a B.S. degree in Sociology from IUPUI in 2013.
Dave is licensed to practice in Indiana and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Dave is a member of the Indiana Bar Association and the Indianapolis Bar Association.
Dave takes great pride in representing his clients and ensures they get the recovery they deserve. Dave resides in Carmel. In his free time, he enjoys flying, attending air shows, golfing, cooking, and spending time with his wife, Kaylan.
