Jacqueline A. Wiley

Overview

A South Bend, IN native, Jacqueline Wiley graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University School of Law. Jacqueline has clerked for judges in the St. Joseph County Superior Court and the LaPorte County Circuit Court. She is admitted to practice law in all of Indiana’s state courts as well as the Northern and Southern Federal District Courts of Indiana. She focuses her practice on personal injury cases.
Prior to joining Stewart & Stewart, Jacqueline worked for a large insurance company as a paralegal, and subsequently, as a licensed claims adjuster. Because of this experience, Jacqueline understands the strategies and tactics used by insurance companies, and she uses this knowledge to aggressively fight for her clients.
In her spare time, Jacqueline enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children, exercising, playing board games, watching movies, and traveling.
