Overview
Nick Wagner has been with Stewart & Stewart since 2011. He concentrates his legal practice on representing victims and families affected by personal injury and wrongful death.
An Indianapolis native, Mr. Wagner graduated from Indiana University Bloomington in 2006 with a B.A. in English and a minor in Criminal Justice. He then earned his Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Michigan in 2010.
Mr. Wagner is admitted to practice before all Indiana State courts and the Northern and Southern Federal District Courts of Indiana. Because of his experience in taking cases to trial, Nick is able to litigate all of his cases with both keen advocacy and practicality.
In his spare time, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons, woodworking, and working outdoors. Nick and his wife are both actively involved with AAMMR, a nonprofit group that provides donations and renders medical supplies and care to the less fortunate people of Haiti through various services and fundraisers. Nick’s wife, a nurse, makes annual trips to Haiti with other volunteers in the medical arena to provide aid and medical supplies to its less fortunate citizens.
