Phillip L. Stewart
Overview
Phillip L. Stewart is the founder and senior partner at Stewart & Stewart Attorneys. Since 1982, his mission has been a simple one: to translate family values into his practice. At a foundational level, the firm’s objective is to care for every client like family. Clients are not just numbers on a spreadsheet; they are people. According to Mr. Stewart, “We want to be The People’s Lawyers. We do not represent big insurance companies that treat clients unfairly. We are the ones that stand up to them.”
Throughout the years, Mr. Stewart has represented hundreds of clients on a variety of cases, including auto accidents, medical malpractice and wrongful death. He is licensed to practice before the U.S. District Court of both the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
In his spare time, Mr. Stewart enjoys fishing, being involved in community development and spending time with his family.
