Safe and Sober Program
Stewart & Stewart Attorneys is committed to the safety of our community. That is why the firm will be promoting once again its Safe and Sober Program this St. Patrick’s Day to provide safe rides home.
The Safe and Sober Program will be launched on March 13th, 2026 at 6 p.m. and continue until 3 a.m. on March 18th, 2026. Stewart & Stewart encourages individuals to choose a ridesharing program such as Uber or Lyft as their ride home rather than drinking and driving. Participants can register by simply filling out the form on this page and sending their ride receipts, including the time and date, to anissaw@getstewart.com.
Once the receipt is received and accepted, Stewart & Stewart Attorneys will cover the first $20 of the ride home. Reimbursements will be provided for those who use the ridesharing service to go home—not to another drinking location. The deadline to submit reimbursement requests is April 1st, 2026.
