February 26, 2009 A Henderson drunk driving accident ends in the arrest of a woman who fled the scene of an accident, according to 14 WFIE. The Henderson DUI accident occurred Monday on Highway 41A when the woman turned into the path of another vehicle then fled the scene. Authorities found the woman shortly after the Kentucky drunk driving accident occurred and she was charged with driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident. Two people were treated for minor Henderson drunk driving accident injuries as a result of the crash.
