Stewart & Stewart Teen Academy
Sponsored by Stewart & Stewart, the Carmel Police Department hosts Teen Academy every summer to support local teens in the community. Students accepted into the program will learn decision-making and leadership skills while creating fond relationships with their local police and peers.
Held on the Carmel Middle School campus, students will spend a week taking classes on topics like SWAT, internet abuse, and traffic stops and will participate in close order drill and physical fitness training.
On the first day, students will receive a t-shirt to wear and a water bottle, provided by Stewart & Stewart. Due to the Stewart & Stewart sponsorship, all teens can attend the program free of charge, and at the end of the program, all participating teens will get to enjoy an award ceremony complete with a catered dinner.
