The Herald Journal reports that two people were rescued from a flooding vehicle following an Indiana auto accident. According to police the Indiana car accident was a result of slippery road conditions and improper passing.
The two vehicle accident occurred when one vehicle tried to pass the other. The driver of the passing vehicle lost control of the car, and struck the other vehicle, forcing it off the road. Both vehicles landed in a ditch on top of each other. The car on the bottom landed upside down, leaving two passengers trapped inside.
Emergency crews were able to extricate the passengers from the vehicle following the Indiana auto accident. Both drivers and passengers were taken to the hospital following the Indiana car accident.
