How Stewart & Stewart Helps Their Community

What does “family” mean to you? To us, it means far more than providing high-quality legal services to victims of personal injury accidents—it means showing up for our community in all aspects, at all times. Stewart & Stewart Attorneys​ has been a family-run business since 1982, and our mission has always been to treat both clients and the entire community like family.

Community Programs and Events

• Carmel and Fishers Teen Academy and Explorers Programs
  We want to see people of all ages get involved in their neighborhoods, which is why we put our efforts towards supporting community development programs like the Carmel and Fishers Teen Academy and Explorers programs. These programs invest in young people, helping them grow into mature and responsible adults who will make our community proud.

• Safe and Sober Program
  We love a good time, but we also want to make sure that all of our community members have a safe way to get home after the festivities are over. This mentality led us to create our Safe and Sober Program. On New Year’s Eve, Saint Patrick’s Day, and the Fourth of July, Indiana residents who opt for a rideshare or taxi instead of driving home can have their costs reimbursed.

• CarmelFest Fourth of July Parade 
  Every year, we look forward to celebrating Independence Day by joining the CarmelFest Parade. The “Stewart & Stewart Firetruck” makes quite the patriotic statement as it cruises down the parade route!

• Kids Safety Day 
  We’re committed to creating a safe, vibrant community, which is why we value Kids Safety Day. With the help of some fun activities like bounce houses and bikes, this event teaches children how to have fun and be safe at the same time.

• Dia del Niño Festival 
  We enjoy participating in the Hispanic community’s Dia del Niño Festival. In 2019, we brought the fun, the free legal advice, and the Stewart & Stewart Firetruck.

• Community Giving Program 
  We’ve found that community engagement doesn’t stop at in-person interaction, which is why we’ve also taken to social media. For a given month, Stewart & Stewart Attorneys donates one dollar for every new like on our Facebook page. We’ve supported a number of organizations through this program, including the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the Hamilton County Youth Assistance Program, and the Humane Society.

• Make-A-Wish Dream 
  In the fall of 2019, we collaborated with Make-A-Wish Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana to make a young football fan’s dream of meeting an NFL player come true. Ryder Dodson came into our office for a very special day. During his visit, he got to meet Indianapolis Colts #57, Kemoko Turay.
