Man pleads guilty in connection with fatal South Bend truck accident

An Indiana man pleaded guilty to killing an Indiana woman in a recent South Bend truck accident.

The Indiana woman was killed in the South Bend truck accident after the truck driver hit her while she was standing outside of her vehicle on the side of the highway.

According to The South Bend Tribune, the truck driver’s BAC (blood alcohol content) at the time of the South Bend truck accident was nearly three times Indiana’s legal limit for driving.

The man could face up to eight years in prison for his role in the South Bend truck accident.
