The driver was traveling down the road when he tried to take a left at a green light into a grocery store parking lot and was hit by a tractor-trailer in the Indiana auto accident.

The man driving the car in the Indiana auto accident was taken to a local hospital with injuries to his head.

The man driving the tractor-trailer was not injured in the Indiana car accident.
